Wednesday Sketch

I haven't posted anything in a couple days. I have gotten busy this week both at work and at home. When it rains it pours (well it rains anyway). So, I don't have any new work to post. But, when I was looking through some old stuff I came across my sketchbook from my graphic design school. I had sketched a buddy of mine as we were sitting in class. It was a quick sketch (most of my sketches are done pretty quick). I wonder if he remembers this...

Sidewalk Chalk

Today was another hot day. So of course my daughter and I decide to spend some of it outside doing some sidewalk chalk. We don't have a lot of colors to choose from, but we usually have a lot of fun and come up with some interesting stuff.

The bricks on our back patio were a good grid for getting some balanced designs.

I have to say, she is getting pretty good. She made the sun all by herself.

Friday Sketch

Whooohhoooo!! It is Friday!! I can't wait for this weekend to begin. It was a long week at work, plus I have been working on getting this blog started AND getting my portfolio up online. All around a rather busy week. Anyway, I thought that I would start the weekend off right by posting some sketch work (just random stuff)
